Description:
A two-minute quiz turns your age, weight and habits into a daily calorie target, 28 days of real Mediterranean meals, weekly shopping lists, a walking plan and a simple tracker, all in a web app that opens in your browser. No counting. No gym. No forbidden foods.
Most diets work the same way: cut hard, feel hungry, hold on with willpower, and give up the first week life gets busy. Then the weight comes back, usually with a little extra.
Here is the cycle, in case it sounds familiar. Week one, you are motivated and the scale moves. Week two, the rules start to bite: the food is boring, the portions are small, and you are cooking two dinners because the family will not eat yours. Week three, one bad day turns into a bad week, because the plan had no room for a bad day. And then you are back where you started, convinced the problem is you.
It is not you. A plan that depends on hunger and willpower is a plan that fails by design. Willpower is a small, tired muscle. It is strong on Monday morning and gone by Thursday night, and every restrictive diet asks you to lean on it for months.
The Mediterranean pattern is different because it was never designed as a diet. It is how people around the Mediterranean ate for most of the last century: vegetables, legumes, whole grains, olive oil, fish, a little cheese, meals cooked at home and eaten slowly. Nothing is forbidden, so there is nothing to rebel against.
Three things make it different in practice. The food is filling: vegetables, legumes, whole grains and olive oil take up space on the plate and take time to eat, so a smaller calorie budget does not feel like a smaller meal. The rules are few: one plate shape, one daily walk, real food. And it is the same food as everyone else at the table, so you are not cooking two dinners or eating apart.
That is why it keeps winning in research: not because people lose more in the first month, but because it is a way of eating people can keep.
The Reset takes that way of eating and does the one thing the Mediterranean grandmothers never had to do: it works out your numbers. How much you should eat, which meals fit that number, what to buy, and how much your walks add. Then it gets out of the way.
Half vegetables, a quarter protein, a quarter whole grains or legumes, olive oil on top. Your hands are the measuring tools. No apps at the dinner table, no counting.
Why it works: half a plate of vegetables is a lot of food for very few calories. Legumes and whole grains bring fiber that slows a meal down and keeps you full for hours. A palm of protein protects your muscle while you lose fat, and a spoon of olive oil makes it all taste like something you would choose. You eat until you are satisfied, and the shape of the plate does the arithmetic.
A daily calorie target from your body, age and activity, kept above a safe minimum and below two pounds of loss a week. The plan does the math; you eat the meals.
Why it works: your body burns a certain number of calories a day just being you, plus whatever your activity adds. The Reset estimates that from your sex, age, height, weight and activity, then takes a moderate slice off it: enough to lose steadily, never so much that you are hungry, tired or losing muscle. It stays above a floor for your sex, and the expected loss is capped at one to two pounds a week. Slow enough to keep, fast enough to notice.
Fifteen minutes a day to start, building up over four weeks to the time you choose, up to 45. The Mediterranean way to move. No gym, no running, nothing to buy.
Why it works: a walk does not burn a dramatic number of calories, and the Reset does not pretend it does. It adds a small, steady amount on top of your food plan, shown as “up to” in your numbers, and it does something the calorie count misses: it gets you out of the kitchen after dinner, it settles the mind, and it builds a habit that outlasts the program. Fifteen minutes is enough to start. The plan grows it gently.

In the PREDIMED-Plus trial, the approach chosen to help overweight adults aged 55 to 75 lose weight was this one: an energy-restricted Mediterranean diet with physical activity promotion and behavioral support. After one year, that group had lost significantly more weight than the control group.
PREDIMED-Plus one-year results, 626 participants, Diabetes Care 2019
In a two-year head-to-head trial of 322 adults, people on a Mediterranean diet lost as much as those on low-carb and more than those on low-fat; 85% of all participants were still on their assigned diet after two years.

Not a PDF. A web app that knows your numbers and rebuilds itself when you change something.
Your four meals for the day with calories, cooking time and a swap button on each. Your walk for the day. Five habits to tick.
Every day of the program laid out by week. Swap any meal and the day rebalances to your target automatically.
Breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks with ingredients in your units, step-by-step method, and filters for quick, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and more.
One list per week, grouped by aisle, with quantities already scaled to your portions. Tick items off as you shop.
Log your weight, watch the 7-day average instead of the daily noise, and see your expected range for day 28.
Why this works, the Reset Plate, olive oil, protein, bread and wine, eating out, and what to do after day 28. Four to five minutes each.
Day 1 for the example profile Maria, 52 (desk job, cooks for two, tried keto twice). Take the quiz to see yours.
Nutrition values are estimates. 111 recipes in the library.
The program has a shape. Each week has one job.
The first week is about the plate and the shopping list, nothing else. You cook the meals as written, you take your first short walks, and you let the scale do what it usually does in week one: move faster than it will later, partly water. The habits list keeps you honest on the small things: vegetables at two meals, olive oil instead of butter, a glass of water before you eat.
By now you know your breakfasts and your two fastest dinners. Week two is where most diets bite, so this is where the swap button earns its keep, and the eating-out lesson is worth reading early: how to order the Reset Plate anywhere, and why one meal out does not undo a week. Your walk grows a little.
Something will go wrong in week three: a birthday, a bad day, a week of travel. The plan expects it. Lesson 5 is about bread, pasta, wine and how to have them without starting over, and the tracker shows your seven-day average, so one heavy day looks like what it is: a blip, not a failure.
In the last week you are cooking from memory and swapping meals for the ones you like best. The walk is at its longest. Lesson 8 shows you your maintenance number, the amount you can eat to stay where you are, and how to keep the plate and the walk without the plan.
The program ends. The way of eating does not. You keep the recipes, the shopping lists and the tracker, and you can run a second 28-day round from your new weight whenever you want to. You do not need a new plan; you need the same plan and a new starting point. Results vary from person to person, and a second round is built on the same safe caps as the first.
They work if you log every bite, and logging is the first thing to go when life gets busy. The Reset counts once, from your numbers, and puts the result on a plate you can see.
Quick on the scale at first, hard to keep, and hard to share with a family. The Mediterranean pattern forbids nothing, so there is nothing to fall off.
Good coaching is valuable, but the fee runs whether you use it or not, and the food is often an afterthought. The Reset is one payment, and the food is the whole point.
Convenient and expensive, and the day the boxes stop, so does the plan. The Reset teaches you to shop and cook the meals yourself, which is the part you keep.
We built the Reset because the two things that work, the Mediterranean way of eating and a sensible calorie budget, were only available in two bad formats: a diet book that knows nothing about you, or a coaching app that charges every month and buries the food under a hundred features.
So we wrote 111 recipes an ordinary cook can make on a weeknight, built a plan engine that fits them to your numbers, and wrapped it in the fewest screens we could get away with. There is no chat bot, no calorie counting, no premium tier. You pay once, you get the program, and it does its job.
There is no famous face on this page and no dramatic story, because the honest version is not dramatic. There is a way of eating that has held up for decades, and a plan that makes it fit your life. If that is what you were looking for, you are in the right place.
Example profiles, not customers. Each plan below was generated by the same engine you get, from the numbers shown. They show what the program builds, not results.
Desk job, cooks for two, tried keto twice
On his feet all day, no time to cook, allergic to nuts
Vegetarian, gluten-free, wants to keep her energy up

About two minutes for the quiz, a few minutes a day to check your meals and tick your habits, and 35 minutes or less to cook most recipes. Choose “quick meals only” in the quiz and your main meals are 20 minutes or less wherever your food choices allow; if they narrow the options, the plan adds the shortest of the rest and tells you.
No. The plan does that once, from your numbers. You follow the meals and the Reset Plate. You can see the numbers if you want to, but you never have to log food.
Tap Swap. You get another recipe that fits your preferences, and the day is rebalanced to your target. You can swap as often as you like.
Yes. The quiz asks how you eat and what to leave out, and those recipes never enter your plan. Every combination we support gets a full plan, including vegan with several allergens; the more you leave out, the more often favorite meals repeat.
The program includes a walking plan that starts at 15 minutes a day. No gym and no running. If you cannot walk, choose “none” and the plan still works; walking simply adds to it.
Every recipe is written for one serving and scales. Cook for the family and take your portion; the plan shows your multiplier. Most recipes are ordinary Mediterranean meals people are happy to share.
Yes. Lesson 7 shows you how to order the Reset Plate anywhere. One meal out does not undo a week.
Immediately after payment you are taken to a page that opens your program in your browser. Your plan and progress are saved to your account, so you can open it on any device: enter the email you used at checkout on the login page and we email you a link.
The quiz gives you a personal range, calculated from your numbers and capped at a safe one to two pounds a week. Water weight can add a little in the first week. Individual results vary, and the plan never promises a specific number.
You have 60 days to ask for a full refund from the retailer. That is more than twice the length of the program.
Individual results vary. Projections are estimates from your numbers, not promises. Nutrition values are estimates.
